Dario Ščitinski - Master Thesis Defence

Dario Ščitinski, our student from the first generation of Joint-degree Islamic Banking Master Programme has sucessfully defended his master's dissertation, being among the first ones to complete the programme and obtain a title of Master in Islamic Finance.

Master dissertation defence took place on Tuesday, 10.10.2017. in the presence of his mentor Velid Efendić PhD (SEBS), Abdel-Haq Mohammad PhD (University of Bolton) acting as commitee member and professor Fikret Hadžić PhD (SEBS) acting as head of commitee.

Dissertation titled „ATTRACTIVENESS OF MUSHARAKAH AS AN ALTERNATIVE TO CONVENTIONAL FINANCING FOR BUSINESS ENTITIES IN BOSNIA AND HERZEGOVINA“ was written under supervision of professor Velid Efendic PhD..

Findings from this research can serve the purpose of further development of Islamic Finance worldwide and especially in the countries of the Gulf Area.
