Mehmed Spahić defended his master thesis

Mehmed Spahić, our student from the second cohort of Joint-degree Islamic Banking Master Programme has sucessfully defended his master's dissertation obtained a title of Master in Islamic Finance.

Master dissertation defence took place on Thursday, 28.03.2019 in the presence of professor Šukrija Ramić PhD  acting as commitee member and professor Muhammed Abdel Haq PhD (UoB) acting as head of commitee.

Dissertation titled "Potentials of Salam model for financing of farmers: The case of Bosnia and Herzegovina" was written under supervision of professor Velid Efendic PhD.

Findings from this research can serve the purpose of further development of Islamic Finance worldwide and especially in the countries of the Gulf Area.

Centre for Islamic Economics, Banking and Finance congratulations Mehmed Spahić on his sucess and wish him even more sucess in his future academic and professional career.
