On Thursday, 20.12.2018, Selver Zaimović defended his master thesis on Joint-degree Master programme of School of Economics and Business Sarajevo (SEBS) and University of Bolton (UK) in Islamic Banking.
The topic of the master thesis was „Arbitration as a Method of Dispute Resolution in Islamic Banking and Finance: The Case of Bosnia & Herzegovina Compared with Other Jurisdictions“. His supervisor was professor Šukrija Ramić PhD. Members of the committee were professor Fikret Karčić PhD and professor Meliha Bašić PhD.
In the opening minutes professor Karčić introduced the candidate, and members of the committee. Then Selver Zaimović successfully presented his research, methodology and findings. After that, the committee members proceeded with questions and comments. The candidate successfully answered the questions, and after consultations the committee approved that Master candidate Selver Zaimović successfully defended his master thesis with the highest mark - Ten (10).
Centre for Islamic Economics Banking and Finance wants to congratulate Selver Zaimović and wish him even more success in his academic and professional career.
