School of Economics and Business, University of Sarajevo has selected a new framework for the establishment and improvement of the quality management system through:
- Quality policy
- Strategy, development and operation of quality
- Setting goals, criteria and quality standards
- General review of quality standards
- Encouraging public debate on the system of quality and education of employees
- Good functioning of the educational process (learning process, teaching process, the process of evaluating student work, equipment for education, library, computer equipment, etc.)
- Documentation systems and internal and external evaluation system
- Creating a network for improvement and quality assurance at the Faculty
- Initiating and coordinating initiatives and implementation of development programs
- Determining typical quality indicators and organizing their systematic monitoring
- Conducting the analysis and collection of information on the quality of all system users
- Research the causes of poor quality, inefficient and too long studying
- Encouraging and organizing professional development of teachers, associates, managers and administrative staff.
The quality management system is implemented in accordance with ESG documents ENQA, as well as in accordance with the following documents at the national and cantonal level:
