Students who study according to the “3 + 2” curriculum – the Bologna-based concept of studies shall register for the winter semester of the 2017/18 academic year in the period
from 25/09/2017 (Monday)
to 06/10/2017 (Friday).
In order to register, students are requested to submit:
- matriculation book,
- semester registration form (electronically – instructions are provided on the SEBS website),
- E-card,
- proof of cancellation of loans from BIC,
- proof of payment according to the valid Price List of pedagogical services.
- Students from the categories that are exempt from paying tuition fees (children of killed soldiers, children of disabled veterans and children of holders of special war recognitions), and that register for the 2nd or 3rd year of FULL-TIME OR FULL-TIME PAYING study for the first time are exempt from paying the tuition fee if they submit a proof of belonging to a particular category. Students of these categories who REPEAT a year are NOT exempt from the tuition fee and shall pay it according to the valid Price List.
- Students who decide to attend clash courses from the subsequent year of study are required to print a list of such courses and hand it in together with the semester registration form, while taking into account the maximum workload per semester (ECTS 30).
- Students of the V semester at all the departments are required to print the name of the elective course from another department/concentration and submit it together with the semester registration form.
