Master of Property

This program is intended for those who want to specialize in the property industry and by doing so gain professional qualification this incresaingly demanded professional filed. Candidates who have appropriate experience in the bussines of managing property in companies and financial institutions, through these studies, have the opportunity to expand ther existing but also embrace new knowledge in the areas such as:

  • Property valuation and analysis;
  • Property finance (banks, insurance companies, superannuation companies, etc);
  • Development and management of property; and
  • Professional practice in a property context.

Students coming from a non cognate area

Students coming from a non cognate area (students with degrees other than property, and related fields), to become professionally prepared for a career in property, will need to undertake an additional preparatory two semesters (Entry Year).

Admission Requirements

Completion of at least 3 years undergraduate studies with at least  65 per cent average in the final two years of undergraduate studies; and
Submission of a motivation letter (up to 1,000 words); outlining relevant previous education and work experience alongside motivation/reason for interest in the course.

 

2 years

Duration

2 years full time master studies (120 ECTS) – primarly intended for those who completed 3 years of undergraduate studies in the cognate areas such as property, finance, economics, commerce, etc.

Fees*

  • Local students: Full fee – 5,100.00 Eur – per year (60 ECTS points)
  • International students: Full fee – 10,225.00 Eur – per year (60 ECTS points)

Admission Requirements

Completion of at least 3 years undergraduate studies with at least  65 per cent average in the final two years of undergraduate studies; and

Submission of a motivation letter (up to 1,000 words); outlining relevant previous education and work experience alongside motivation/reason for interest in the course.

Course Structure

NOTES: 

  • Students who have completed relevant prior study and/or at least one year of documented relevant full-time professional work experience, or equivalent, may be eligible for advanced standing of up to 50% of the first year i.e. up to 30 points.
  • Elective subjects are to be selected from the subjects offered at the Master in Economics / Management.
  • Please note that this subject structure is indicative only. Students will select their subjects in consultation with a course oordinator.
