Students who study according to the “3+2” syllabus – study concept based on the Bologna process, will complete the verification and enrolment in the winter semester of 2020/2021 academic year in the period: from September 30th, 2020 (Wednesday) until October 14th, 2020 (Wednesday).
Required documents for the verification:
- Index,
- Semestral student information sheet in two copies (electronic instructions on the SEBS webpage)
- E-card
- Study contract (4 copies)
- Payment made according to the instructions and the valid Price list of pedagogical services.
- Students belonging to the categories which are exempt from paying tuition (children whose fathers died as shaheeds (war heroes) or were killed during the war, children whose parent(s) became invalid(s) in the war, children of those who received special war recognitions, as well as children without both parents), who for the first time enrol in the II or the III year of REGULAR and REGULAR SELF-FUNDED studies, are exempt from paying tuition upon submitting the evidence for belonging to a certain category IN CASE THEY NEVER RENEWED THEIR ENROLMENT IN THE I (first) and II (second) YEAR OF STUDIES. Students who did renew their enrolment and belong to these categories ARE NOT EXEMPT from paying tuition and they pay it according to the valid Price list.
- Students who opt for taking exams in advance (“collision exams”) from the following year of studies have to print them and submit them along with the semestral sheet, paying attention to the maximum student load per semester (ECTS 30).
