Human resources are carriers of the advancement and maintaining key competences of every organization. The program allows you to learn how to manage the available human resources, with the aim of improving business performance and competitiveness of the company you work for.
The program is intended for individuals who are interested in acquiring knowledge in this innovated academic area, with the focus on hands-on management of human resources and organization's knowledge in an innovative way. The program is useful for all those who want to develop and improve functioning of their respective organizations through improving knowledge, skills and competences of the organization's human resources, and thus reinforce the competitiveness of their organizations both in the local and in the international market.

Upon completing their studies, students are granted the diploma of School of Economics and Business of University of Sarajevo; degree: Master of Management, major: Human Resource Management and Knowledge Management.
The program admits candidates who have completed the undergraduate three-year or four-year university studies and achieved 180 ECTS or 240 ECTS during their studies.
