This academic program makes you familiar with the techniques and skills of managing a healthcare organization and the available human resources. In the same time, it explains how to keep abreast of legal regulations, business operations, regulation of acquisition and consumption, and basic economic and legal principles. All this is aimed at improving the business performance and competitiveness of the organization you work for.
The program is intended for university-educated staff involved in managing healthcare institutions, departments and units, or who will be involved in the healthcare reform in any way. The goal of the program is to allow the acquisition of specialized knowledge focused on modern management methods and an interdisciplinary approach to the complex system such as that of healthcare institutions. It is very difficult to manage a healthcare organization; on the other hand, staff educated at higher education institution have scarce knowledge of the basic medical laws.
