Registration Policy

In order to participate in the conference all authors are required to pay the registration fee. At least one author per paper must register (and pay the fee) by 15th August 2025 to be listed in the conference programme.

Reduced early bird fee is offered to all participants who register and pay the fee by 30th June 2025.
Both early bird and standard fees include a discount for all EERIA members whose EERIA membership has not expired before the conference commences. To become a member, please click here. To renew your membership, please click here.
Complimentary attendance is offered to Invited Guests.

Any cancellation received in writing before 15th August 2025 will be refunded less 50 EUR in administration fee. Cancellations received after 15th August 2025 will not be eligible for a refund.
